Monday - Friday | Starting 1,400 BAM + Bonuses

A Rare Seat at the Table - Sales Under Direct Executive Leadership

This is a rare opportunity to step into a Customer Sales role working under the direct leadership of the company President inside a fast-growing U.S. freight brokerage. You'll be on the front line of new business prospecting, qualifying, and closing freight opportunities that directly fuel the company's growth. If you're aggressive on the phone, sharp in writing, and hungry to build a real book of business, this is your shot.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and research new freight business leads across the U.S. market

• Make 50+ outbound calls per day to prospective shipper accounts

• Qualify leads and pitch the company's freight brokerage services

• Write clear, persuasive follow-up emails and proposals

• Work directly under the President to close new accounts and grow the customer base

• Track pipeline activity and report on prospecting results

Requirements - Please Read Carefully

Excellent spoken and written English is required. Must be comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per day and thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.

• Aggressive, confident phone presence - comfortable with high call volume

• Excellent written communication for emails and proposals

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive

• Prior sales experience is a plus but not required - attitude matters most

• Comfortable working directly with senior leadership
