Culture and Development Expert (m/f/d)

Opis posla

        - Deliver Group development and culture programs as well as local culture initiatives.
- Design and implement development, culture, and training initiatives, including action plans, learning programs, facilitation formats, and supporting materials.
- Administer, optimise and expand Group HR tools, including the Learning Management System (LMS), to ensure adoption, accessibility and effectiveness of development initiatives.
- Support the implementation and integration of all HR processes (performance, talent, etc.) through upskilling opportunities.
- Identify gaps and weaknesses in the employee experience across the employee journey and launch initiatives to improve experience, engagement and motivation.
- Conduct regular training needs analyses to identify organisational development requirements.
- Design and maintain feedback and evaluation mechanisms to measure the impact of development initiatives.
- Promote career development by partnering with managers to identify upskilling opportunities and prepare the workforce for future trends.
- Budget for and measure the ROI of development and culture programmes.
- Apply best practices in development and employee experience, staying up to date with trends and implementing improvements across the organisation.
- Work with Brand & Communication in delivering internal branding and culture programs and initiatives.

Uvjeti:
- Master's degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as HR generalist or in L&D / Culture Specialist or Expert role
- Excellent written and oral knowledge of business English language
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentations skills
- Knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Proficient in MS Office
- Passionate about helping people learn and grow
