CRM Manager (m/f)

        We’re looking for an experienced CRM Manager to own retention and lifecycle marketing across our online casino brands.

What you’ll do:
- Design, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app) across the player lifecycle - onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation, VIP
- Build and manage segmentation, journeys, and triggers in Optimove amongst other software
- Monitor KPIs (retention rate, churn, LTV, deposit frequency) and report on campaign performance
- Collaborate with other departments and product teams to ensure campaigns meet local regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with Fraud, Payments and Compliance teams to identify and prevent bonus abuse
- A/B test messaging, offers, and timing to improve conversion and retention
- Manage bonus and promotion logic in coordination with the other teams

Uvjeti:
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on CRM experience, ideally in iGaming/online casino
- Strong understanding of player segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategy
- Analytical mindset - comfortable with data, dashboards, and campaign ROI
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Able to work remotely if needed

Nice to have:
- Experience with regulated markets (e.g. SEGOB or similar licensing jurisdictions)
- Familiarity with payment provider flows and how they intersect with CRM/bonus abuse prevention
- Proven, demonstrable experience with Optimove (hands-on, not just familiarity)
- Experience with A/B testing tools and BI/reporting platforms
- Experience working with SQL, BI tools or large player datasets
