Country Controller (m/f)

Opis posla

        - Collecting, processing, and analyzing company business data, while ensuring compliance of financial processes, reporting, and controlling activities with legal requirements and corporate guidelines.
- Preparing and submitting regular monthly and ad hoc reports for local management and the Group.
- Participating in the preparation of budgets, financial plans, and forecasts, and monitoring their implementation.
- Analyzing business performance, profitability, and the achievement of the company's financial targets, while providing financial support to management in business decision-making.
- Monitoring costs of organizational units and projects, analyzing deviations from plans, and proposing corrective actions to improve business performance.
- Coordinating the monthly financial closing process and carrying out financial reporting activities within the SAP system.
- Proposing and participating in improvements of financial processes, internal controls, and reporting systems.¸

Uvjeti:
- University degree or professional higher education degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in financial controlling, financial reporting, or similar roles is preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Experience working with SAP.
- Strong analytical skills, responsibility, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Valid Category B driving license.
