As we continue to grow, we are looking for a: 

Copywriter & Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging copy for social media, campaigns, CRM, promotional pages, banners, retail and other marketing materials

• Develop campaign communication, including headlines, key messages, CTAs and supporting copy, in line with the creative concept and brief

• Write and adapt scripts for TV and radio commercials

• Adapt content to different platforms, formats and target audiences

• Plan, create and publish content across the company’s social media channels

• Monitor social media trends and suggest new content formats and ideas

• Manage and continuously improve the company’s social media communication while maintaining a consistent Tone of Voice

• Monitor audience reactions and identify relevant topics and opportunities for communication

• Edit, proofread and improve existing content

• Collaborate with creative and digital teams, designers and influencers

• Track content performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in copywriting, content marketing or social media management

• Excellent writing, editing and communication skills

• Creativity and the ability to turn ideas into clear, engaging and effective copy

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, formats and audiences

• Ability to adapt copy across channels, from short social posts and headlines to promotional, CRM, TV and radio content

• Good understanding of social media analytics and content performance

• Strong organizational and teamwork skills

• Proactive, independent and detail-oriented approach
