        - Completed education in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
- Professional experience in a similar role, ideally combined with operational experience. 
- Strong commercial and business knowledge. 
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, OneNote, and Excel, to support effective collaboration. 
- Strong analytical and numerical skills. 
- Ability to work independently with a structured and self-driven approach. 
- Strong teamwork and communication skills. 
- Fluent English with strong business communication and negotiation skills. 
- Willingness to undertake occasional business travel.

Uvjeti:
- Working closely with management, Commercial Controller supports the preparation of group results and their consolidation for senior management. Responsibilities include performance and financial forecasting, operating cost budgeting, and the preparation of special reports.
- The role includes participation in project meetings and support for project teams, with a focus on plausibility checks, variance analysis, and the identification of the opportunities for optimization.
- Ensuring that planning and forecast documents are prepared in accordance with the Group’s guidelines and processes.
- The role involves monitoring of the operational costs, including personnel expenses and overhead costs such as company cars, rent, event-related expenses, and training costs. Therefore it is required to prepare the budget for support functions such as Technical Services, Procurement, and Human Resources.
- The position also involves the preparation of reports, reporting to management, and ad hoc analyses for the management.
