Cloud Backend Developer (m/w/d)

Opis posla

        - You design and develop scalable, cloud-native backend systems and microservices using Java and Kotlin.
- You maintain Kubernetes environments and automate deployments following GitOps practices with Helm and ArgoCD.
- You ensure high code quality based on Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and Harness Engineering principles.
- You leverage AI tools such as Claude Code and Codex, along with Context Engineering, to boost development efficiency.
- You drive architectural decisions and, ideally, lead and mentor technical teams.

Uvjeti:
- You have at least 2 years, ideally 3+ years, of experience in software development with Java and/or Kotlin.
- You have solid expertise in Spring Boot or Quarkus.
- You have hands-on experience with MS Azure, GCP, or AWS, as well as with IaC tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- You are familiar with AI-assisted software development and Harness Engineering practices.
- You are strongly committed to Clean Code and high software quality standards.
- You have experience leading technical teams and working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
- You are a strong team player, speak fluent English and German skills are a plus.
