Claim Manager (m/f/d)

Opis posla

        - Support the Contract Manager (CM) and Project Manager (PM) in the administration of the main contract with the Employer (FIDIC Plant & Design-Build) and subcontract agreements
- Perform day-to-day contract management activities in accordance with CM and PM guidance
- Identify, assess, and monitor contractual risks, obligations, and interface issues
- Prepare, review, and follow up on contractual correspondence with project stakeholders
- Support claim management activities, including notification tracking, deadline monitoring, claim preparation, documentation, follow-up, claim defense, and the review and rejection of subcontractor claims
- Collect, organize, and maintain claim-related documentation and supporting evidence
- Assist in variation and change management, including the preparation and follow-up of variations and change requests
- Prepare time impact analyses related to disruptions and delays in project execution
- Maintain and regularly update the Claims and Variations Register
- Provide proactive support on all contractual matters and contribute to decision-making and change management processes
- Support document management and document control activities within the project
- Assist in the preparation of payment statements and contractual submissions
- Support the Commercial PM in cost data collection, cost recording, and documentation for claim-related purposes

Uvjeti:
- Completed university degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or a related field, with a strong interest in developing a career in contract management
- Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn, with a willingness to take on responsibility and grow within an international project environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Native Croatian speaker with good written and spoken English skills
