Civil Work Supervisor (m/f/d)

Opis posla

        - Ensure civil works are carried out in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor the impact of process modifications on civil works and assess potential cost and schedule implications.
- Coordinate activities between civil, process, and subcontractor teams.
- Prepare, monitor, and follow up work schedules to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify, document, and follow up technical deviations and non-conformities.
- Report civil engineering issues affecting project progress, quality, or schedule to the Site Manager.
- Coordinate material deliveries, site logistics, and access to work areas.
- Organize lifting and hoisting activities in cooperation with site teams.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements and participate in site inspections and incident reporting.
- Monitor the quality of works and ensure compliance with WTE quality and environmental procedures.

Uvjeti:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or another relevant technical field
- Experience in wastewater treatment plant construction projects or similar infrastructure, utility, or industrial projects is considered an advantage
- Professional proficiency in Croatian and English, both written and spoken
- Valid Category B driving licence
- Willingness to work on-site
- Ability to organize and coordinate activities between multiple contractors and disciplines
- Understanding of construction processes, contractor coordination, and infrastructure project execution
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Accuracy, reliability, independence, responsibility, and a proactive approach to work
- Motivation for continuous learning and professional development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
