CT-Technologies Group is a Danish Company specialized in design, supply and installation of insulated buildings and refrigeration systems for Cold Stores and Food Processing Plants. Having more than 30 years and +500 projects of experience we possess a unique knowledge to cater for our client’s specific demands within e.g. Cold Stores, Distribution Centres, Food Processing Plants, Clean Room and Data Centres. Currently we are executing c. 30 projects in 10 countries, mainly throughout Southeast Asia and Africa.
Our Project and Engineering office CT-TECH d.o.o. in Sarajevo is looking to employ a Chief Technical Officer. Your role will be to define and drive the Group’s technical vision and strategy. To ensure innovation, efficiency, quality, and compliance across design and construction processes, while partnering with the executive team to deliver technological advancement, operational excellence, and sustainable growth across all projects in accordance with policies and goal established by Group Management.
Required skills:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
5+ years of senior technical leadership experience in the construction industry.
In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, engineering design, project lifecycle, and regulatory requirements.
Strong understanding of digital transformation in construction (BIM, smart construction, digital twins, etc.).
Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
High level of integrity, with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent English language knowledge, both verbal and written.  
Preferably French language knowledge, both verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Comfortable with AutoCAD.

Responsibilities include:

Participate in reviews of CTT Product Portfolio and provide recommendations to Group Management regarding new Product Lines based on dialogue with Clients and Commercial Managers.
Responsible for coordinating technical matters across the group companies to ensure the implementation of best practices, facilitate the exchange of lessons learned among companies.
Develop, implement, and maintain group-wide technical standards and best practices.
Ensure/do technical due diligence for new projects, tenders, and strategic partnerships is done.
Contribute expert insight to strategic planning, budgeting, and risk management processes.
Serve as the technical interface with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Building trust with customers.
Ensure all construction activities meet safety regulations, quality requirements, and applicable engineering standards.
Promote innovation in construction methods, materials, digital solutions and sustainability initiatives.
Support the growth and development of technical teams through regular trainings.
Frequent travels abroad.
