Centre Management Assistant (m/f/x)

Opis posla

        - You support the Marketing Manager and Retail Manager in achieving the marketing and centre KPIs
- You assist in the development of a marketing strategy including marketing calendar, media plan, PR activities, CRM, social media and sponsoring
- You are responsible for the implementation of online marketing measures, website maintenance, social media channels and newsletters
- You are involved in the creation of marketing presentations, analyses and reports
- You maintain existing cooperations, acquire new tourism partners, take care of the dispatch of advertising material and, if necessary, support trade fair activities
- You support the Retail Manager in the administration and reporting of the centre and are the first point of contact for tenants, customers and service providers
- You evaluate the centre-specific key figures and prepare meetings and presentations
- You work with the centre's brand partners, review and monitor the offer submission process and process these for further use (online + POS)

Uvjeti:
- You have already gained initial experience in retail or marketing
- You have a high affinity for retail of fashion, home & lifestyle brands
- You have experience with social media and website content management systems
- You have very good MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Excel)
- You have a quick grasp of things
- You are strong in organisation and communication, creative, a team player and have a "hands-on" mentality
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills in Croatian and English; further language skills would be an advantage
