Cash Flow Treasury Senior Analyst (m/f)

Opis posla

        - Enhance cash flow forecasting models and liquidity reporting.
- Monitor liquidity, funding needs, forecast variances, and key cash flow drivers.
- Lead automation, system, and process improvements for treasury activities.
- Partner with Finance, FP&A, business units, and IT on liquidity and treasury initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Treasury policies, internal controls, SOX, and audit requirements.

Uvjeti:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Treasury, corporate finance, FP&A, or financial analysis roles.
- Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and working capital concepts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Experience with treasury management systems, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools is preferred.
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead initiatives, and work collaboratively across functions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to operate in a global environment.
