Opis posla

        - Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis: Conducting in-depth market research to track industry trends, competitor movements, high-tech developments, and defense-security initiatives to position our company effectively.
- Opportunity & Pipeline Development: Identifying and evaluating new markets, clients, projects, and partners in close collaboration with sales and technical teams.
- EU & NATO Policy Tracking: Monitoring EU and NATO programs, defense policies, and (co-)funding opportunities, and helping translate them into actionable business initiatives.
- Strategic Positioning & Go-To-Market: Translating operational end-user needs into technical/business proposals, contributing to go-to-market strategies, and assisting with product launch plans.
- Stakeholder & Partner Coordination: Building and maintaining relationships with industrial partners, integrators, distributors, and key institutional stakeholders, while representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and high-level meetings.
- Reporting & Executive Support: Preparing market analyses, business proposals, presentations, and strategic recommendations for senior management and the Executive Board.

Uvjeti:
- Relevant background in Business Development, Market Analysis, Strategy, or Sales within defense, security, aerospace, or high-tech industries.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) with excellent business, technical presentation, and reporting skills.
- Strong understanding of (or ability to quickly navigate) EU & NATO programs, public procurement policies, and defense funding frameworks.
