        We are currently seeking for a Business Analyst to join our office in Bihać. If you are a proactive team player with excellent communication skills and thrive when working with innovative technologies, you may be the right candidate for us. 

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for the partner, ensuring smooth and effective communication
• Manage partner-related requests, escalations, and operational activities in collaboration with partner and internal teams
• Coordinate and process internal orders, service activation, and operational requests
• Handle internal tickets, monitor progress, and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Maintain accurate records of partner communications, requests, orders, and support activities
• Analyze market trends, traffic performance, and a business data to identify opportunities for growth and improved profitability
• Monitor partner performance and proactively recommend actions to optimize traffic, revenue, and overall business results
• Support account management activities and help strengthen the strategic partnership with the partner.
What we expect from you:
• University degree in Data Analytics, Economics, Business or a related field.
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in the English language.
