B2B Sales Specialist (m/f)

Opis posla

        We are looking for a driven and results-oriented B2B Sales Specialist (m/f) to join our Sales team. You will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of business partners - from the very first contact all the way to a signed deal and beyond - while playing a key role in shaping how Aircash grows its B2B presence across the market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and approaching potential business partners through proactive lead generation
- Managing the full sales cycle - from initial outreach and pitch to commercial negotiation and contract signing
- Preparing and presenting tailored proposals and commercial offers to prospective clients
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Maintaining and developing long-term relationships with existing B2B partners
- Tracking KPI performance and reporting on results on a regular basis
- Monitoring market trends and industry developments, and proposing improvements to products and sales processes
- Representing Aircash at client meetings, trade fairs, and industry conferences

Uvjeti:
Qualifications you bring:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales (experience in e-commerce or iGaming will be considered a plus)
- A proven track record in new client acquisition and business relationship development
- Strong command of English, written and spoken
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Organised, results-driven, and confident working independently
- Proactive networking skills and a natural ability to build lasting partnerships
- Understanding of digital payments, fintech, or related industries will be considered a plus
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar will be considered a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, fairs, and conferences
- Valid category B driving licence
