Opis posla

        - Actively drive sales and maintain the highest level of customer service
- Manage the team by motivating, developing, and delegating tasks
- Work with sales KPIs, including analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging them to achieve business goals
- Ensure compliance with product display and visual merchandising standards

Uvjeti:
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar position within the retail industry
- Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused approach
- Communicative level of English
- Ability to effectively plan and organize your own work as well as the team's work
