Assistant Department Manager - Supervisor (m/f)

Opis posla

        - Monitor stock levels on the sales floor and ensure products are replenished on a regular basis.
- Oversee the efficient operation of the stockroom and maintain high standards of organization and cleanliness.
- Manage the team by motivating, developing, and delegating tasks.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure regular product replenishment on the sales floor.
- Prepare reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) as well as budget achievement levels.

Uvjeti:
- At least 6 months of experience managing a team in the retail industry.
- Good command of English, enabling confident day-to-day communication (required).
- Experience in a role responsible for product flow within a store, including stockroom operations.
- Commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service.
- Results-oriented mindset and excellent organizational skills.
