Area Manager for Croatia (m/f)

Opis posla

        - Manage and coordinate people and assets in order to achieve the targets of each store and therefore the whole area, both quantitative (budgets, expenses, sales, etc.) and qualitative (staff training, etc.)
- Achieving uniformity and order in the area in terms of Visual Merchandising, execution and monitoring of all commercial actions of the Company
- Informing of the general objectives of each brand to stores, reporting product defects or supply mistakes and supervising the correct stores maintenance
- According to the brand's guidelines, ensuring the proper level of customer service in the area by training and team management
- Implementing action plans and following up in TOP stores
- Staff recruiting and hiring processes

Uvjeti:
- At least 5 years of experience in the same or similar roles
- Strong goal orientation
- Highly developed organizational skills
- Effective time management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Strong team orientation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum B-level proficiency in English
- Valid Category B driving licence
