        About the Role
 
We are looking for an experienced Architect with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience to join our Sarajevo office. You will play a vital role in our technical team, leading the development of complex international projects and ensuring the highest standards of technical delivery.
 
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Technical Leadership: Lead and support the technical team in all aspects of design development from concept to completion.
BIM Management: Produce and oversee comprehensive drawing packages using Revit and BIM 360, ensuring full coordination and technical excellence.
Detailed Design: Develop complex architectural details and high-quality construction documentation.
Project Coordination: Synchronize all project information across disciplines to ensure seamless integration and accuracy.
Compliance & Codes: Ensure all project documentation is in full compliance with local authority regulations and international building codes.
Quality Control: Review and modify drawings to resolve discrepancies through detailed analysis and expert problem-solving.

Qualifications & Technical Skills

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural documentation and design.
Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Revit is a must. Experience with BIM 360, AutoCAD, and other production-based tools is highly valued.
Team Dynamics: Proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff.
Mindset: Analytical, highly organized, and capable of meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills, ensuring professional-grade spelling and grammar on all technical documentation.
