AP Accountant (m/f/d)

Opis posla

        - Processing travel expense reports and other monthly expenses
- Posting of incoming invoices, bank statements, general ledger entries, fixed assets
- Checking incoming invoices before posting and monitoring of needed approvals
- Reconciliation of vendors open items and other general ledger accounts
- Preparation of payment runs
- Creation and maintenance of vendor master data
- Monitoring and statistics of other various administrative reports
- Other recording, processing, checking and archiving data and documents in connection with internal company procedures and strategies

Uvjeti:
- You have successfully completed your business or economics degree with a focus on finance and accounting and/or have a comparable qualification
- In addition, you already have several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an international company
- You have the required knowledge of experience in SAP, NAVISION
- You have a very good command of MS Office applications, especially Excel
- You work independently, carefully and in a structured manner
- Good and trusting teamwork is just as important to you as it is to us
- Very good English skills with excellent communication, German knowledge is a plus
