Alatničar/Toolmaker (m/f)

Opis posla

        - Lead maintenance and repair of complex multi-cavity injection molds, jigs, fixtures, and dies. 
- Interpret 2D/3D technical drawings and CAD/CAM data for accurate machining and mold repair. 
- Operate advanced machining equipment including 3-axis CNC, EDM wire/sink, grinding, and polishing tools. 
- Manufacture and refurbish precision spare parts and molds using appropriate materials and methods. 
- Mentor and guide tooling technicians and engineers to ensure best practices and timely execution. 
- Solve technical issues related to tooling, machining, and fabrication using diagnostic tools. 
- Recommend improvements in design, materials, and processes for optimal production results. 
- Ensure quality through precision measuring instruments (e.g., CMM) and maintain a safe, organized workspace.

Uvjeti:
- Technical high school graduate 
- 7–10 years of experience in injection mold tooling and CNC machining
- Strong skills in working with tight tolerances and complex geometries
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM, blueprint reading, and dimensional stack-up analysis
- Solid math and geometry knowledge 
- Proficiency in English and Croatian 
- Team-oriented with leadership capabilities and a proactive mindset
- Nice to have: Completed technical apprenticeship or having craftsmanship certificate in toolmaking
