Aftersales Manager / voditelj postprodaje (m/f)

Opis posla

        Objectives of the position: to be responsible for the technical department to ensure that customers and dealers/service stations receive the best after sales support within the resources available.

Main activities:   
- Manage and Provide technical support to the dealer network directly or by phone 
- ensure the spare parts sales objectives be matched by a correct management and motivation 
- monitor the performance of spare parts sales and take remedial action where necessary to  ensure that spare parts sales targets are met	
- monitor and control the budget for the country 
- control all data and performance of competitors and improve spare parts sales strategies
- identify new business opportunities and areas of weakness
- develop and maintain relationships with key customers and other relevant bodies to reach the maximum spare parts sales potential  
- Control the warranty cost and set up warranty cost reduction processes
- Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure that there is a continuous feedback about the quality of products supplied
- Respond rapidly to any customer complaints so that the problem is speedily resolved
- Supply of technical trainings to the dealer network 
- Keep abreast of developments of European and National type approval issues
- Investigate any claims made against the company by the customer and negotiate an acceptable settlement 
- Collect technical and other information about competitors’ products to ensure that the company maintain its competitive position
- Maintain a liaison with other company staff, particularly in relation to the development of sales and marketing plans   
- Supply of technical reports to HQ in Pontedera (ITA)

The position will report directly to the General Manager.

Uvjeti:
Preferred education is a Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical or technical engineering.
