Accountant (part-time) (m/f)

Opis posla

        - Reviews statutory accuracy of incoming and outgoing invoices 
- Prepares AR invoices though electronic invoicing platform
- Books invoices in SAP, travel expense reports and other journal entries as required 
- Knows local VAT rules, regularly reconciles VAT, files monthly VAT reports. 
- Files monthly statistical reports to the National bank
- Files Intrastat reports
- Maintains accuracy of intercompany transactions within the group
- Maintains Fixed Asset ledger, calculate depreciation
- Ensures compliance with local tax and accounting legislations,
- Participates in preparing Croatian Hydrocarbon Agency Reports
- Support audits and Financial Statements preparation,
- Participates in the monthly closing process
- Prepares regular and ad-hoc analysis and reports

Important note: This is a part-time (4 hours/day), fixed-term contract for 6 to 12 months, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent contract. Candidates must be open to a standard employment contract under the stated terms. Please note that B2B cooperation, freelance contracts, or sole proprietorship (paušalni obrt) arrangements are not possible. This is strictly a direct employment position.

Uvjeti:
- Financial / accounting qualification
- Service and detail oriented
- User level knowledge of MS Office
- SAP experience is a great advantage
- High level of analytical skills, numeracy and financial awareness

Benefiti:
- Fixed monthly salary: 1,000 EUR net (for a 4-hour workday)
