Accountant (m/f)

Opis posla

        - Handle and support invoicing activities for Croatia and North Macedonia
- Perform Order to Cash activities, including customer account management and reconciliation
- Process and review supplier invoices within the Procure to Pay cycle
- Support month-end closing, journal entries, account reconciliations, and reporting
- Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies in cooperation with internal stakeholders
- Record and check transactions in accordance with company policies and accounting standards
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Sales, Operations, and other cross-functional teams
- Contribute to process improvements, controls, and finance projects
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation

Uvjeti:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
- Good working knowledge of accounting principles and finance processes
- Experience working in an international or multi-country environment 
- Practical experience with invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and month-end activities
- Experience using accounting or ERP systems; SAP experience is an advantage
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work with documentation and communication using the Cyrillic script
- A proactive approach to work and willingness to take responsibility for assigned tasks
- Fluency in English
