Opis posla
- Preparation of accounting documentation for processing (retrieving e-invoices from MER, logging and sorting incoming mail, scanning, and verifying data entry quality)
- Processing and posting of purchase invoices (UR-a / Accounts Payable)
- Reconciliation of customer and supplier accounts (Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable reconciliation)
- Employee timesheet management and collection of relevant data for payroll preparation
- Administrative support for the procurement and sales departments
- Cash desk operations and petty cash management
- Processing of travel orders and expense reports
- Issuing various financial and administrative documentation upon request
- Archiving and organizing physical and digital documentation
- Performing other general administrative tasks as requested by the management
Uvjeti:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same or similar positions
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Persistence, reliability, accuracy, and high level of responsibility
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-initiative
- Strong team player with a flexible mindset
- Basic knowledge of the English language
