Opis posla

        - Business Expansion & Sales Planning: Proactively searching for new clients, identifying business opportunities, conducting market analysis to enter new markets, and building sales plans (revenue targets, trade show participation, commission planning, and project budgeting).
- Client Relationship & Contract Management: Evaluating client needs, negotiating and executing customer contracts, conducting product/service presentations, and growing new business with existing accounts.
- Agent Management: Finding, communicating with, and coordinating external sales agents.
- End-to-End Operational Coordination: Overseeing product/service delivery processes, managing post-sales support, coordinating client activities, and ensuring timely collection of receivables.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Assisting Key Account Managers with tender and sales documentation, and routing market insights to internal stakeholders (primarily Program Managers).

Uvjeti:
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, account management, and negotiation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently, take full ownership, and stay focused on achieving sales targets.
- High level of organization for managing sales/tender documentation, contract preparation, and budget planning.
