Account Manager for Western Balkans (m/f/d)

        Join us as an Account Manager (f/m/d) for PE, PP, PS and biopolymers and play an active role in driving our continued success.

Your responsibilities:
- Supervision of assigned key accounts
- Further development and expansion of business activities across the Western Balkans
- Ongoing observation and analysis of markets as well as preparation of current market reports for our internal sales organization
- Creation, tracking and management of offers in our CRM system
- Supporting the sales manager in the development of customer strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team on data analysis, campaigns and customer retention activities

Uvjeti:
- Completed technical or commercial education
- Several years of relevant experience in polymer sales, preferably of PE-, PP-, and PS-types
- Spoken and written languages: English and Croatian; proficiency in any additional language spoken in the Western Balkans is an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills
- Ability to empathize with both internal and external stakeholders in combination with a high level of communication skills
- Negotiation skills, assertiveness and strength in conclusion
- Car driver's license and willingness to travel
- Independent and responsible working style as well as a high level of reliability

The gross salary starts at EUR 3,000.00 gross, depending heavily on your previous professional experience and qualifications. There is a willingness to overpay if you have many years of experience and if the requirements are exceeded.
