Academic Advisor (f/m)

Opis posla

        - Provide individual academic advising to students on course selection, enrollment, academic requirements, and study planning.
- Help students set academic goals and develop individual study plans.
- Monitor students' academic progress and provide additional support when needed.
- Advise students on degree completion and graduation requirements.
- Explain academic rules, procedures, and program requirements.
- Connect students with appropriate support services.
- Participate in organizing orientation programs, workshops, and events for students and parents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of advising activities and students' academic progress.
- Use student information systems and other digital tools.
- Prepare and publish class and final exam schedules.
- Process student requests and academic forms.
- Perform other administrative duties as needed.

Uvjeti:
- Completed undergraduate or graduate degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles.
- At least 3 years of experience working with students, customers, or clients.
- Advanced computer skills and experience using business/information systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, student-oriented approach.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive approach and willingness to take ownership and responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
