Electrical Engineer - Electric Motor Solutions (m/f)
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our Electric Motor Solutions team. The position focuses on electric motors and their integration into complete systems, ensuring that our solutions meet performance, reliability, and documentation standards.
As part of the Electric Motor Solutions team, you will play a key role in developing and supporting our electric motor products and their integration into complete electrification systems. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and evolving field, contributing to the next generation of marine and industrial electric propulsion solutions.
Key accountabilities:
Establish and maintain technical product documentation for our electric motor portfolio 
Contribute to the integration of electric motors into system solutions, including interface and performance requirements 
Ensure documentation and designs comply with internal standards and external (e.g., class society) requirements 
Support product development, improvement, and standardization activities 
Collaborate closely with other engineering disciplines, production, and product management
Qualifications:
BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering or equivalent 
Strong knowledge of electrical motors and generators 
Understanding of frequency converters, control systems, and system integration is an advantage 
Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset 
Good communication skills in English
