BCO d.o.o., a leading provider in the transportation and logistics industry, is currently seeking motivated and responsible individuals to fill key positions within our organization.
These roles are essential to the success of our daily operations. We are looking for candidates who are organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining efficient, compliant, and professional transportation services.

Knowledge and understanding of English is a must.
Job Details:

Workweek: 40 hours per week
Availability: Operations run 7 days a week with flexible shifts
Work Type: In-office position — no remote work available

Qualifications for All Positions:

Previous experience in the relevant field is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individuals who have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving
Proficiency in relevant software (dispatch software, Microsoft Office, billing systems, etc.)
Strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices (for safety roles)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Knowledge and understanding of English is required
