                                        Zeta Express d.o.o. is hiring dispatchers and administrative assistants for our Sarajevo office and ever-growing truck fleets of our USA customers. Dispatcher (m/f)
Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Persuasive speaking and listening skills, excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in team of 10+ people, and ability to multitask.
Strive for continuous improvement of professional skills.
Working knowledge on computer, including web browser, email clients and MS Office.
High school diploma or above.
Previous experience is not required
Experience in US market dispatching will be considered as plus.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring drivers are making pickups and deliveries as scheduled.
Daily communication with assigned drivers, safety team, and direct managers.
Communicating with customers about freight details, delivery, or pickup times.
Planning predetermined routes and accommodating route changes as needed.
Preparing dispatch documents and making updates in dispatch software.
Maintaining records of dispatched drivers, driver routes and route changes.
Keeping track and enforcing company rules and policies.
