                                        We are looking for motivated and professional Outbound Call Center Agents to join our remote team! This position involves supporting a project in the field of dental supplementary insurance, focusing on telephone-based consultations and new customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities 
- Conduct outbound calls and provide initial consultations for dental insurance products 
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend suitable insurance tariff options 
- Use the provided calculation tool to compare different tariff plans 
- Inform customers about insurance benefits (dental prosthetics, implants, prophylaxis, etc.) 
- Record customer information, interests, and call results 
- Complete after-call documentation (max. 30 seconds) and send follow-up offers
