Description & requirements
We are looking for a proactive and organized person to take full responsibility for the operational functionality and strategic development of our sites! If you are experienced at independently managing finances, contracts, and operations, this is your chance to further advance your career and impact the success of the entire company! Your main responsibilities would be:
Site Operations Management: Applying end-to-end responsibility for the facilities operational functionality of sites and overall responsibility for the strategic development and expansion of sites.
Ensuring Compliance: Ensuring the provision of a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards.
Improvement and Reporting: Reviewing existing operations regularly in order to reduce facilities costs and improve operational standards and procedures.
Purchasing Management: Planning and executing purchasing needs of the sites, searching and selecting potential suppliers, negotiating, tracking fulfillment of vendor’s obligations defined by contracts. Making the budget application, and review of the purchases billing.
Contract Management: Monitoring all service contracts related to site operations to ensure they are professionally delivered at the right costs.
Finance and Budget Management: Actively working to ensure that the site's financial operations are meeting or exceeding targets and control requirements.
Team Control and Performance: Controlling the planned activities, detecting variations and defining and implementing procedures aimed at increasing the levels of Site Lead team members' individual and team performance.

What are we looking for?
English language: Advanced level
Advanced knowledge of Office package
Prior work experience on a similar position for at least 1 year is mandatory
Prior experience in office administration for at least 3 years is mandatory
Ability to work from our office
Knowledge/Specific training in Results Analysis Systems and/or Applied Statistics would be an advantage
Highly developed communication and negotiation skills
