                                        WE ARE HIRING:
Finance ERP & Systems Specialist (m/f)
(location: Ježdovec, Zagreb)
We are looking for a hands-on Finance ERP & Systems Specialist to strengthen the backbone of our Finance team. You will connect finance expertise with ERP system know-how to ensure data integrity, process efficiency, and actionable reporting. This role collaborates closely with IT, Controlling, Accounting, and other Finance functions and will also drive small-to-medium finance process improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in maintenance  and optimization of SAP FI/CO and other ERP systems, with a willingness to learn new industry-specific ERP platforms 
Ensure master data integrity and correct cost allocation across systems 
Design and implement preventative and detective financial controls 
Reconcile, troubleshoot, and validate financial data for reporting and analytics 
Collaborate with IT and Finance on system enhancements and process improvements 
Serve as a bridge between technical systems and business needs, translating requirements into practical solutions
Requirements, Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, IT or related fields 
Hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO  (other ERP systems will be considered an advantage) 
Knowledge and understanding of IT & Finance functions within an organization 
Project management experience and proactive mindset for improving workflows and systems 
Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to connect systems to finance processes 
Finance-knowledge-backed systems enthusiast 
Experience with Power BI, Cognos, SQL and analytics dashboards (nice to have) 
Exposure to workflow automation tools (Power Automate, scripts) (nice to have)
