                                        We are working on a long-term engagement with an international SaaS client, building an embedded automation platform as a core part of their product. The role focuses on integrating and white-labeling n8n within a multitenant SaaS environment, delivering a secure, scalable, and reliable workflow builder experience.
This is a senior, hands-on platform role combining backend engineering, SaaS architecture, security, and production operations.
What you’ll be doing: 
Own the architecture and implementation of embedding n8n into a multitenant SaaS product 
Define and evolve the automation platform lifecycle, including provisioning, versioning, upgrades, and governance 
Design and implement multitenancy, identity, and access control, aligned with the product’s authentication model 
Build secure OAuth and credential management patterns and harden webhook exposure 
Operate n8n as a production-grade platform, covering deployments, monitoring, scaling, and incident response 
Collaborate across backend, frontend, and DevOps teams, driving technical alignment and delivery
What we are looking for in a Lead React Native Engineer:
7+ years of backend or platform engineering experience (Node.js / TypeScript preferred) 
Strong experience with multitenant SaaS systems, including tenant isolation and RBAC 
Solid understanding of OAuth2 / OIDC, authentication flows, and secure secret handling 
Experience operating or embedding third-party platforms in a SaaS environment 
A strong systems mindset with a focus on reliability, observability, and scalability
It would be cool if you also have, but it’s not necessary:
Experience with automation or workflow platforms (n8n, Temporal, Camunda, Airflow)
Experience with enterprise identity providers and SSO integrations
Familiarity with event-driven architectures and integration-heavy systems
