For our Client we are looking for an:
Embedded Developer (m/f)
Location: Rijeka
We are looking for an experienced developer to join Zenitel’s team in designing, developing, and testing software for embedded Linux platforms. In this role, you will contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from research and prototyping to deployment. If you are passionate about staying ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends, this role might be for you.
Responsibilities:
Designing, implementing, and testing software for embedded Linux platforms 
Participating in software architecture and design discussions 
Participating in architecture and design discussions, contributing ideas and feedback 
Collaborating with hardware engineers to ensure software meets system-level requirements 
Debugging and resolving software issues across the stack 
Maintaining clear and comprehensive technical documentation 
Engaging in code reviews to uphold software quality and share knowledge 
Supporting existing products through third-line maintenance (internal and external)
Requirements:
Experience with software design and architecture principles 
Ability to work effectively in a team environment 
Hands-on experience with C and/or C++ in embedded Linux systems is highly valued 
Knowledge of version control systems, especially Git 
Exposure to build systems like CMake and/or embedded build frameworks such as Yocto is a plus 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
Organized, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and improvement 
Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required
