We are looking for professionals to join our growing team and outsourcing centre in Banja Luka! 
Eurofast is a regional business advisory organization, established in 1978, employing local advisors in over 21 cities in South East Europe, Middle East and the Baltics. It offers a range of professional services including Tax & Transfer Pricing, Payroll & Employment Services, Accounting & Compliance, and Advisory & Corporate.  
In addition to our well-established office in Banja Luka, Eurofast has recently launched its first accounting and payroll outsourcing center in the city. We are now seeking talented professionals to join our expanding team in the outsourcing center which plays a crucial role in supporting our teams across SEE Europe by delivering comprehensive payroll processing and accounting services. 
Job Description 
Process monthly payroll & payments for multinational clients 
Preparation of compulsory reports for local authorities 
Handling accounting tasks, such as accounting entries, bookkeeping, reconciliations 
Preparation of reports for the company’s Management or for clients 
Collaborating with cross-border teams to provide seamless and efficient services 
Candidates may have to handle payroll and accounting clients in several jurisdictions at the same time and they will have to undertake training for the legislation of respective countries in Eurofast offices 
Requirements  
1-3 years’ experience in payroll or accounting position 
Bachelor's degree or relevant accounting/HR qualification 
Fluent in English 
Knowledge of the Greek language is an advantage
Knowledge of the Pantheon software is an advantage
Experience in working with international/multinational companies
Excellent communication, analytical and organization skills
Advanced level of Excel proficiency
