                                        Logistics Coordinator (Trainee) – Entry Level
My Staffing Partner d.o.o. is a Sarajevo-based staffing and outsourcing company that provides operational support professionals to businesses in the United States. Our team works directly with U.S. companies across several industries, helping support their daily operations through communication, coordination, and administrative support.
We are currently looking for motivated recent graduates who want to begin a career in logistics and operations. This entry-level trainee role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, communicate with people, and develop valuable international business experience.
You will receive hands-on training while supporting logistics operations for U.S.-based companies. This includes shipment coordination, communication with drivers and partners, tracking freight movements, and assisting with day-to-day operational tasks.
We are a small, collaborative team that values communication, professionalism, and a positive work environment.
Role Overview
As a Logistics Coordinator (Trainee), you will assist U.S.-based logistics teams with operational coordination and communication. The role involves working with drivers, logistics partners, and internal teams to help ensure shipments are tracked, updated, and properly coordinated.
This position provides exposure to multiple areas of logistics operations and is ideal for someone interested in learning the transportation industry.
Key Responsibilities
Track and monitor freight shipments across the United States
Communicate with drivers, carriers, and logistics partners
Assist with load matching and basic freight coordination
Provide operational support to logistics teams
Update shipment information in internal systems
Communicate shipment updates and help resolve operational issues
Support general logistics coordination tasks as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field (required)
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking on the phone
Outgoing personality and ability to work closely with a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and grow in a logistics environment
No prior logistics experience required
Work Conditions
Full-time position
Shift: 14:00 – 23:00
Location: In-office position in Sarajevo (City Center)
Start date: Immediate
Additional Requirement
Candidates must have reliable transportation to and from the city center for the scheduled shift.
