SLAM, Intesa Sanpaolo’s International Graduate Program, offers a permanent employment contract alongside a specialized training path developed in partnership with Luiss Business School.  
The program features academies focused on building strategic soft skills and includes cross‑functional job rotations within key areas of the Group. Throughout the entire journey, each participant is supported by a dedicated mentor who guides them toward assuming a future‑oriented professional role. 
The program aims to attract high‑potential candidates from diverse academic and cultural backgrounds and to develop their expertise in Technology & Data, Financial Governance, and Marketing & Communications.
Employment within the Intesa Sanpaolo Group – International Graduate Program
SLAM – Intesa Sanpaolo’s International Graduate Program, now in its third edition – is an intensive educational and professional journey designed for outstanding recent graduates holding a Master’s degree in any academic discipline. 
By joining this 24 month program, participants engage in individually tailored rotations across global strategic areas of the Group, broadening their professional expertise and perspective. 
They benefit from an exclusive learning path created in collaboration with a leading international business school, aimed at strengthening their skills and overall professional capabilities. 
Throughout this journey, each participant works closely with a dedicated mentor who provides ongoing guidance, insights, and support for professional growth. 
The program seeks high potential candidates worldwide who bring diverse experiences and who aspire to build careers in future focused roles within Tech & Data, Financial Governance, and Marketing & Communication.

Required competencies:
Master’s degree (or a Bachelor’s degree plus a postgraduate qualification) in any discipline starting from January 2024  
A high-level final grade  
Fluency in English (minimum B2 level according to CEFR)
