WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field 
Preferably 2 years of work experience in managerial positions in maintenance 
Category B driver’s license
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Organizes and manages the destination’s technical department in an efficient and profitable manner 
Leads, motivates and trains the team to ensure quality performance 
Plans maintenance and energy resources for the destination for annual budget planning purposes 
Monitors maintenance and energy costs in accordance with the approved budget 
Ensures timely technical preparation of facilities at the destination for the season within the approved budget 
Understands and applies department SOPs 
Understands and applies occupational health and safety measures
Planned start date: April 2026.
