Junior / Senior Business analyst (m/f/d)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analysts with strong SQL and accounting knowledge to join our team. The successful candidates will play a key role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making.  
In other words, we need problem-solvers who use data and technology to drive business value and efficiency! 
We are looking for junior, as well as senior Business analysts, so experience is preferable, but not mandatory!
Key responsibilities:
analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement 
hunting for bugs in our processes and software 
develop and maintain SQL queries to extract and analyze data from various databases 
collaborate with cross-functional teams to business requirements and translate them into clear IT specifications 
assist in the development and implementation of new business processes and systems, with internal or external IT teams 
prepare and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards 
educate business users about new functionalities 
create detailed reports and dashboards to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field 
strong knowledge of SQL 
solid understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis 
proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools 
excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
strong communication and interpersonal skills 
ability to work independently and as part of a team 
detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy 
interest for AI tools and AI work environment
Preferred qualifications:
experience in insurance or financial industry
experience as a Business Analyst
