Senior Compliance Officer (m/f)

Opis posla

        - Work in a cross-country compliance team, headed from Austria, responsible for the local Croatian matters
- Be the branch’s local Compliance officer and local AML-authorized person
- Ensure compliance with and implementation of legal and internal compliance guidelines (AML/CFT, Financial Sanctions, FATCA/CRS, Market Abuse Prevention, Governance, etc.)
- Be the contact for compliance issues, handling compliance inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders
- Evaluate compliance risks and ensure audit readiness
- Act as contact to the respective authorities (HANFA, etc.)
- Collaborate within the international environment of Raiffeisen Bank International AG Group in national or international working groups

Uvjeti:
- Experience in compliance, consultancy, or at a financial market regulatory authority
- University degree in law, economics or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in the financial industry
- At least 5 years in the financial industry and/or legal affairs
- Knowledge and prior experience in dealing with financial Compliance as well as capital market regulations at national and European level (UCITS-D, AIFMD, MiFID II, etc.) of advantage
- Strong sense of accountability, coordination & communication skills
- Advanced/high level of English proficiency
- MS Office skills and general affinity for IT tools
