BIM Coordinator (m/f)

Opis posla

        - Involved in the process of successful creation and delivery of the company's products and services to the client in scope of BIM
- Responsible for BIM project environment setup 
- Assists in creation and updating of BIM Project Execution Plans
- Responsible for regular BIM model audits
- Independently leading and support to BIM Manger/Senior BIM coordinators in regular BIM model coordination 
- BIM content creation and quality control of content created by other
- Support in general modeling and BIM model creation, corrections, or updates
- Involved in BIM standards and workflows development, implementation, and enforcement
- Training, supporting, and overseeing day-to-day activities of Revit users to ensure BIM standards are maintained in the creation of Revit models.
- Company's internal staff training and support regarding BIM
- Educating the team on the best technical practices regarding BIM
- Proactive cooperation with all project team members during project execution
- Assist with 3D scanning and point cloud processing

Uvjeti:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, or Architecture)
- 2-5 years of experience in BIM or 3D modelling, preferred: Revit
- Active user of: Windows, Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, Autodesk Forma, MS Office incl. Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of technical concepts and principles within area of 3D modeling and moderate capabilities in model management
- Understands concept of ISO 19650-1/2 standards
- Basic knowledge AI tools
- English minimum B2 level
